Do you ship to PO Boxes?
No we don’t. Our couriers will only ship to physical addresses where they can confirm that delivery has been made.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
This depends on the number of pieces that you have purchased, where you are located and the season (for example Christmas, Easter and certain times in the Spring) this may take slightly longer. We typically take up to 20 business days for you to receive your purchase. Should you need further clarification, please contact us at email@example.com.
Do you offer overnight shipping?
No we don’t. The reason is that we only print and frame your art selections once you have ordered them, so with this type of customized process we need time to create your order. Note that we are not a generic, shipping warehouse! We are a boutique firm and we take great pride in offering a quality experience for our customers, so that always takes a bit longer!
How are frames chosen for the art work?
Frames are chosen based on how best they enhance the art work. The art print frames are either black or brown while canvas floating frames can be black, brown, white or silver.
What are the prints and canvases made of?
The prints are displayed on high quality industry-grade art print paper and the canvasses are from cotton infused material. The highest quality inks and processes are used in the creation of your art print or canvas.
What are the frame made of?
The frames are from a variety of woods, wood composites and other materials. Our goal is to make the frame as substantial and qualitative in feel, while keeping it as lightweight as possible.
What size are the frames?
Frames on the canvas art are 1″ floating frames while the frames on art prints are 2.25″ and use dry mounted moulding.
What if the order arrives damaged?
Just notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us how the piece is damaged. Then you will need to repackage the item and and we will make arrangements with you to have it collected and returned to us. You will then be shipped another of the exact same item.
What is your return policy?
We offer no returns or exchanges as all sales are final.
How is the art packaged?
Your art will arrive in a box and packaged so they arrive undamaged.
