We will provide everything that we believe you need to design and decorate, one room at-a-time, including:

◊ furniture plan with layout to scale
◊ personalized, detailed shopping list with pricing
◊ easy-to-follow instructions for implementation
◊ your finishing touches style-guide
so you may successfully follow through and create your dream interior!
Our styling and design process works very similar to our other services, however everything is conducted via email and online interaction. We work from the information as provided by you. If you live in the greater Edmonton area, we can arrange for an in-home photo and measurement session at an additional fee. Your shopping list will be comprised of a combination of online and local retailers, as required to fulfill your home styling vision. Note this service is on an individual room basis.
- Once we receive payment for your E-Design Services (see below), then the fun and the real work begins!
- Within 48 hours you will receive your Welcome Client Package that includes your E-Design Agreement that you must sign and send back to us. Please note that we cannot proceed with your E-Design plan until this has been signed and return to us via your Design Client Access portal, see below.
- You will be assigned your designated Design Client Access portal conveniently online and please note that all of your correspondence and communications with us will take place on your Design Client Access portal. You will also be able to receive documents from us and see the status of your project; this personalized page is active for 90 days, so you can easily download your documents and plans from us as soon as you receive them.
- After receiving your signed E-Design Agreement, we will send your Client Profile and Home Style & Design Questionairre together with a variety of easy to follow instructions regarding your budget, style preferences, etc. via your Design Client Access portal.
◊ You will securely upload your completed Client Design Profile and Home Style & Design Questionairre, to your Design Client Access portal. This will give us information about you and your lifestyle and your design aesthetic. Note the more detailed information that we have, the better quality of our recommendations and design plan for you.
◊ Detailed measurements of your space(s) (we will show you how to do this); forward via your Design Client Access portal.
◊ Digital photographs that detail the room layout and features; forward via your Design Client Access portal.
◊ After we receive all of the above from you, we will commence with your styling and design project plan.
◊ Note that during the styling and design process, we may ask you other questions or need further clarifications from you.
◊ You will receive a weekly status email so you know where we are with your project and so we can exchange questions. You can also check the status on your designated Design Client Access portal conveniently online.
◊ Between 5 – 6 weeks from the date of starting you will receive your E-Design plan from us, that includes your concept board, colour scheme, furniture plan with layout to scale, accessories and finishing touches, a well organized and itemized shopping list with pricing alongside of instructions of how to successfully implement and complete your design.
◊ Note that we reference in your shopping list a variety of online and local shopping options. However, you may wish to source comparable local retailers where you live. Please note that we do not refer you to customized or trade only suppliers for our E-Design service.
◊ You have 14 days to request one set of revisions to the design plan. Any additional time will be billed additional at an hourly fee (see below).

During the course of our work or after the final design has been delivered to you, if you require any additional help over what is included in the E-Design Services (as indicated above) @ $ 197.00 per hour.
